Triple win: Former Moama lawn bowler Claire Duke, pictured with Julie Keegan and Sharyn Renshaw, won the triples event at the Queensland Open on Wednesday for the second time in four years. Playing with Renshaw and Keegan _ the team which will represent Australia in the triples at the Commonwealth Games in India in October _ the trio defeated reigning Queensland state champions Jane Bush, Doreen Hawke and Pamela Rowe in straight sets, 11-8 and 14-3, at Bribie Island Bowls Club. Duke will take part in a training camp with her national team-mates in Cairns from Sunday and, after two more similar camps in the coming months, will leave for Delhi on September 24.
