Residents attending a ball next month will be tickled pink to know they are raising funds for breast cancer research.

Rochester Chemmart will host the Tickled Pink Charity Ball for breast cancer on August 28.

Funds raised will go to the Breast Cancer Network Australia (BCNA) and the National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF).

The night will include fun and entertainment, featuring comedian Monica Dullard, singer Annalea Mitchell, lucky door prizes and a mystery item auction.

Money raised will be donated to directly assist BCNA to continue its work ensuring Australian women diagnosed with breast cancer have the best information, treatment and support possible.

The ball will be at Rochester shire hall from 8pm to 1am.
